Social Walk and Run Club: a free walking group in Meath, every Sunday at 9am

Start your Sunday with fresh air and good company. Every week at 9am, Fiona leads a free social walk and run club. Walk and chat, or run if you like. It is a social club, not a training session.

Why a Sunday walk?

Not everyone wants to start on a yoga mat. A walk is an easy way to meet the Grá Wellness community, get some fresh air and set yourself up for the week.

Fiona believes movement is medicine. A walk and a chat is one of the simplest kinds.

We recently attended a free yoga event on the Fair Green in Athboy on a beautiful summer evening. Everyone was made so welcome; people of different age, mobility and experience were all genuinely accommodated. Fiona is the warmest teacher and now I have signed up for one of her classes to get back into yoga on a regular basis.
