How it works and what it costs
How classes work at Grá Wellness, and how to pay for them. Three ways in, and no memberships. Beginners are welcome in every class.
Term classes
A place in a small class for the whole term. Message Fiona for this term's dates and price, pay a deposit or the full term, and that place is yours.
- Same class, same small group, every week
- Beginners welcome in every class
- Taster or drop-in available on request
Drop-ins and events
Workshops, community events and the odd spare place in a class once it has its numbers. Booked and paid online.
- The monthly restorative workshop
- Free events like the Sunday walk and run club
- No membership, pay as you go
Retreats
Day retreats at Killua Castle near Athboy, and small-group retreats abroad: Spain every November, with the Canaries, Greece and Ibiza planned for 2027.
- Spain, November 2026: nearly full
- Price depends on the retreat
- Full details when you ask
Why a term rather than drop-ins?
Consistency is where the change happens. A term means the same class, the same small group and a teacher who gets to know how you move. Places are kept for the people who come every week, which is why drop-ins are mostly for events.
Message FionaAlso available
Ask about any of these by message. Prices are on request, like everything else.
A thoughtful present for someone who keeps meaning to try yoga or Pilates. Tell Fiona who it is for and what you would like to give.
Gift vouchersOne to one, or with a few friends. Yoga or mat Pilates, planned around you and your pace.
Private sessionsA session built for your group, whether it is a hen party, a sports team or a club.
Group bookingsNew to all of this?
Start with one class. You do not need to be flexible, fit or experienced. Tell Fiona what you are hoping for and she will point you at the right class, then come in a few minutes early on your first night.
Read about your first class, see all classes and times, or check our terms and participation disclaimer.
How does booking work, and what does it cost?
Can I join a term that has already started?
It depends on the class. Classes are small, so it comes down to whether there is a space. Message Fiona and she will tell you straight away.
What if I miss a week?
Let Fiona know as early as you can. Terms are paid up front to keep your place, so if you already know you will miss a few weeks, tell her before you pay.
Can I switch to a different class?
Ask Fiona. If another class suits you better and it has a space, she will tell you what is possible.
Can I do both yoga and Pilates?
Yes, and you do not have to choose. You can join a yoga class and a Pilates class, and some classes mix the two, like Yogalates and the Healthy Back class for men.
How far ahead can I book?
Term dates go out before each term starts, and Fiona sends them to anyone who asks. Events and drop-ins go up on BookingHawk once they are confirmed. Retreat places go quickly, so ask as soon as you are interested.
What does it cost?
Prices are on request, apart from retreats, which start from €699. Each class runs in its own block with its own start date and price, so Fiona sends you the right ones in one message instead of a price list that may not fit.
How do I pay?
For a term, Fiona sends a SumUp link or bank details for a deposit or the full term. Events and drop-ins are paid on BookingHawk when you book.
Can I try a class first?
Taster or drop-in available on request. Message Fiona and she will find a class that suits you.
Do I need my own mat?
If you need to bring your own mat or anything else, Fiona will tell you when you book. Otherwise just wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
