Yoga and Pilates across Meath and Westmeath
Our classes run in and around Athboy, a few minutes from the Westmeath border. Most students drive in from towns and villages within about 30 km, and most of those drives take 10 to 20 minutes.
Where do Grá Wellness students travel from?
From about 30 km around Athboy, across Meath and Westmeath. Only a handful live in the town itself. Most drive in from Navan, Trim, Kells, Delvin, Ballivor, Kildalkey, Clonmellon and the villages between, and most of those drives take 10 to 20 minutes.
People come from Fordstown, Longwood and Kilbride too. Weekly classes stay in our own rooms, and what travels is everything else: sessions for workplaces, schools, clubs and groups of friends.
Classes run in terms and are booked by message. How it works explains terms, drop-ins and booking, and the classes page has every style and time.

We recently attended a free yoga event on the Fair Green in Athboy on a beautiful summer evening. Everyone was made so welcome; people of different age, mobility and experience were all genuinely accommodated. Fiona is the warmest teacher and now I have signed up for one of her classes to get back into yoga on a regular basis.
I recently attended a morning retreat (3 hours) with Fiona (Grá Wellness) in Killua Castle, The space Fiona created for us, was nourishment for mind, body and soul. As we all lead busy lives this was a perfect timeout Sunday morning. Fiona guided us perfectly throughout the morning including a board walk before brunch, beautiful morning finished off with chats and wholesome food most importantly lovely company
I would highly recommend Grá Wellness run by Fiona, an excellent professional yoga teacher, the best in Co Meath. Fiona creates warm, cozy, welcoming, and serene atmosphere. and is full of positive energy. I have only recently started Yoga, and I am delighted to have found Gra Wellness studio and Fiona.
I have attended many of Fiona's classes and my first yoga retreat in Malaga. The retreat was a brillant few days away with a fantastic group of ladies. Fiona ensured that everyone enjoyed their experience. The group sunrise yoga and sea swim was a highlight. I really enjoyed my few days to switch off. I would highly recommend and I cannot wait for the next one
I attended the yoga abroad retreat last year and it was the best decision I made. Fiona made me feel so welcome and gave us a range of different classes. The women on the retreat were lovely and I can’t wait for the next one. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of attending.
Questions about where we teach
Do you run classes outside Athboy?
One: Fiona's Yoga Flow in Wilkinstown on Friday mornings. Every other weekly class runs at the studio just outside Athboy or at Athboy Community Centre.
Why is the studio address not on the website?
The studio is at Fiona's home, so she keeps the address private. When you book, she sends directions by message. There is no sign outside, so keep the message handy.
Is there yoga in Westmeath near the Meath border?
Our weekly classes are in Co. Meath, but only just. Athboy is about ten minutes from Delvin and Clonmellon and about 25 minutes from Mullingar, and Killua Castle, where we hold day retreats, is in Westmeath.
Can you come to my town?
For some things, yes. Workplace sessions, school and Transition Year programmes, Little Buddhas, club sessions and private groups can be arranged where you are. Weekly classes stay in our own rooms.
How do I find a class that fits the drive?
Message Fiona with where you are coming from and which days suit. She will suggest a class that fits, and tell you which room it is in.
How much do classes cost?
Prices are on request. Classes run in terms and are booked by message, so Fiona sends the dates and the price for the term you want.
