Yoga and Pilates classes in Meath
Small classes every day of the week, at the studio outside Athboy, the community centre in town and a room in Wilkinstown. Every level is welcome, and the kettle goes on after.
Yoga
From a flowing evening class to slow, mindful mornings.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A flowing class that links each move to the breath, with a quicker pace on Monday evening.
Gentle Yoga
Slow movement, simple poses and deep breathing, for first-timers and anyone coming back.
Hatha and Somatic Yoga
Steady poses and slow, mindful movement for a body that feels tight or tense.
Pilates
Mat Pilates only, no machines. New to it? Start in a beginners and improvers class.
Slower classes
For the weeks when you need to slow down more than speed up.
Programmes
Classes built for a group: men, the over-40s, and women going through menopause.
Healthy Back, men only
Yoga, Pilates and light weights for men who sit, drive or lift all week.
Functional Flow for over 40s
Strength and mobility for the body you have now, with Emily on Tuesday evenings.
Menopause Movement Programme
Emily's new programme of strength, mobility and calm. Dates to be confirmed.
On Sundays there is a free Social Walk and Run Club at 9am, and once a month, Soulful Yoga at Killua Castle at 10am.

Prices are on request and there are no memberships. Fiona sends the term dates and price when you message. Taster or drop-in available on request.
Most people drive in. Athboy is about 20 minutes from Navan, and about 15 to 20 minutes from Trim and Kells. Fiona has Irish and can teach a class as Gaeilge, so just ask.

Not sure where to start?
Message Fiona with one line about what you are hoping for. She will tell you which class suits you, what to bring and where to go. Taster or drop-in available on request.
