Grá Wellness terms and participation disclaimer
The plain terms for classes, events and retreats with Grá Wellness, and what you agree to when you take part. Last updated September 2026.
Who we are
Grá Wellness is run by Fiona Mullen as a sole trader, from Athboy, Co. Meath. You can reach us by text, WhatsApp or phone on 087 945 3758. Our contact hours are Mon to Thu 9 to 5, Fri 9 to 1.
Booking and paying
- Term classes are booked by message. Fiona sends the dates and the price, and you pay a deposit or the full term by SumUp link or bank transfer. Your place is kept for you once you pay.
- Events, workshops and drop-in places are booked and paid on BookingHawk. Drop-in places are released once a class has its minimum numbers.
- Retreats start from €699. The price, what is included and how to pay are set out for each retreat when you enquire.
- Other prices are on request, and can differ from one class, block or event to the next.
Missed classes, cancellations and changes
- Places are limited and paid in advance. If you cannot come, let Fiona know as early as you can.
- Whether a payment can be refunded, moved or credited depends on the class, event or retreat. If you are unsure, ask Fiona before you pay.
- Retreats have their own deposit and cancellation terms. Ask Fiona for them before you book, and keep a copy.
- If we need to cancel or change a class or event, for example because of the weather at an outdoor session, we will tell you as soon as we can and talk you through your options.
Participation disclaimer
Yoga, Pilates and our other classes and events are physical activities. By taking part, you agree that you do so at your own risk and that you are responsible for working within your own limits.
- Before your first class, tell us about any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy or health condition that could affect you. Depending on your circumstances, you may need guidance or clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional before taking part.
- If anything changes, tell your teacher before the class starts.
- Listen to your body. Rest whenever you need to, and stop and tell the teacher if anything hurts or you feel unwell.
- Our classes are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other healthcare professional.
- Children in Little Buddhas classes take part with the consent of a parent or guardian, who should tell us about anything that may affect their child.
- Outdoor classes and events depend on the weather and the ground, so dress for the day.
- For retreats abroad, we recommend travel insurance. What each retreat price includes, and what it does not, is set out when you enquire.
