What is the Grá Wellness yoga retreat in Spain like?
It is four nights away with a small group, yoga with Fiona and time to switch off. In November 2025 the group went to Malaga, where guests loved the sunrise yoga on the beach and a sea swim.

From €699, which is the price with a single standard room. Ask Fiona about the other room options and exactly what the price covers.

Where in Spain is it?
Fiona shares the venue when you enquire. In November 2025 the retreat was in Malaga.
Do I need to be good at yoga?
No. Fiona adapts her classes to different abilities, and you work at a level that feels comfortable. Tell her about any injury or health condition before you book.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Our from price is for a single standard room. Ann Marie, who came to Malaga, wrote about meeting new people she connected with straight away.

I have attended many of Fiona's classes and my first yoga retreat in Malaga. The retreat was a brillant few days away with a fantastic group of ladies. Fiona ensured that everyone enjoyed their experience. The group sunrise yoga and sea swim was a highlight. I really enjoyed my few days to switch off. Had a wonderful yoga retreat in Malaga last November with Fiona. Hotel facilities were fabulous. We had a couple of yoga sessions each day - sunrise on the beach and then a dip following the yoga. Felt set up for the winter hibernation by the time I made the home ward journey. Lovely group of women I only knew 2 of them before the trip. Look forward to the next retreat with Grá Wellness
