Free yoga in the park, and outdoor classes around Athboy
In summer 2026 we took yoga outside: an evening on the Fair Green in Athboy, a class beside a lake at sunset and classes in the Clonmellon area. The biggest park class drew more than 60 people. All free, and open to all levels.

We have taught outdoors in Athboy and around Clonmellon, and people drive over from Navan, about 20 minutes away.
What an outdoor class is like
It is an all-levels class on the grass. At the Fair Green class in Athboy, people of different ages, mobility and experience all took part and were made welcome.
Like all of Fiona's classes, it ends with a few minutes of stillness. Bring a layer: the grass cools down once the sun goes.

We recently attended a free yoga event on the Fair Green in Athboy on a beautiful summer evening. Everyone was made so welcome; people of different age, mobility and experience were all genuinely accommodated. Fiona is the warmest teacher and now I have signed up for one of her classes to get back into yoga on a regular basis.
Grá Wellness is an idyllic retreat ideal for both indoor and outdoor yoga classes. The studio is a sanctuary that offers relaxation as soon as you walk through the door and Fiona's friendly greeting makes everyone, male and female, welcome. Fiona is amazing. The best yoga instructor I have ever had - her personality makes the classes. She is attentive, reassuring and her positive energy is contagious.
I have only recently started Yoga and I am delighted to have found Gra Wellness studio and Fiona. She is knowledgeable and attentive and has a wonderful energy, her enthusiasm is contagious. Her studio is a beautiful peaceful space with an outdoor area which is a wonderful addition. I love the variety of classes from slow, restorative sessions to more challenging levels.
I’ve attend Fiona’s yoga and wellness classes for years now. The classes are always so respectful and Fiona encourages you to develop and believe in yourself. She is an amazing teacher and her facilities and outdoor areas are amazing. I would highly recommend Fiona’s classes.
