Mart Thursday and the N52
Delvin works hard. Cattle and sheep go through the mart every Thursday, and weanlings on Friday evenings. The N52 runs right through the village with no bypass, and the lorries do not slow down much.
Bodies that lift, calve and drive all week rarely get a stretch. Healthy Back is our men-only class on Tuesday nights: yoga, Pilates and light weights for the back and shoulders. No chanting, no fuss.

A village that organises itself
Delvin does not wait to be asked. The Friendship Club marked 30 years in 2026, with about 80 members, and the St Patrick's Day parade ran to more than 50 floats in 2025.
That is the spirit of Let's Get Social, our community events for women: walks, gatherings and evenings out. And for anyone who would rather start slowly, there is Gentle Yoga on Tuesday mornings.

I recently attended a morning retreat (3 hours) with Fiona (Grá Wellness) in Killua Castle, The space Fiona created for us, was nourishment for mind, body and soul. As we all lead busy lives this was a perfect timeout Sunday morning. Fiona guided us perfectly throughout the morning including a board walk before brunch, beautiful morning finished off with chats and wholesome food most importantly lovely company
I have attended many of Fiona's classes and my first yoga retreat in Malaga. The retreat was a brillant few days away with a fantastic group of ladies. Fiona ensured that everyone enjoyed their experience. The group sunrise yoga and sea swim was a highlight. I really enjoyed my few days to switch off. I would highly recommend and I cannot wait for the next one
I attended the yoga abroad retreat last year and it was the best decision I made. Fiona made me feel so welcome and gave us a range of different classes. The women on the retreat were lovely and I can’t wait for the next one. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of attending.
